Why do we need Jesus?
Jesus died on the cross for the atonement of our sins. The blood of the animals was not strong enough and therefore sin would keep us far away from the Father. Our Father gave us Jesus and his blood gives us an advantage, helps us to have access to God as the blood of Jesus is eternal.Jesus had to be born to remove the sins of humankind through a perfect sacrifice, Jesus our redeemer.God the Father, who “so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son” as a sacrifice for our sins (John 3:16).Most people do not understand why we need Jesus so I needed to explain this fact.
Why do we pray to God?
For most people, it is just to have a relationship and for God to provide their earthly needs and that is all. However the above is partially correct but the main reason, the main goal is eternity – we have to correct our relationship and keep in prayer every day for eternity and not for God to give you material things .Material things are just basic needs, we need to open our eyes further because if you are constantly going to church just for God to bless you with material things then you are doing yourself a disfavor. Going to church or being in prayer just so that God can bless you with material things will keep you away from God because when God answers your prayer and gives you what you were praying for, you will forget about him easily. We depend on God. He is our source. He is our life (Colossians 3:4). Through prayer, we receive the comfort, strength, and all the other resources we need in life, both naturally and spiritually. Prayer—relationship with God—is as necessary to the spiritual life as air is to the natural life.
As much as we need earthly provision from the Father, we should not make material blessings the ultimate goal. Prayer’s goal must be to have a relationship with God, which will prepare a place for us in eternity. We must stay in prayer not pray when we feel like it or when we have a need. The bible says we must pray without ceasing. Revelations 12 vs 7-12, satan was thrown from heaven to earth with his demons therefore here on earth we will constantly be in war with him and his demons.
I have always wondered why the earthly standards do not teach us spirituality. We study subjects like geography, science, mathematics etc but these subjects only help us to survive on earth. We are not taught how to have eternal life because we have too many religions made up by the earthly system on earth and many people believe whatever they want to believe. In school, students are taught the same subjects but every single one of them has a completely different destiny. Only prayer will help every single person figure out their purpose, figure out why you are born at this specific time and period. And by prayer this is not just words-talking masked as prayer, it is the deep calling unto deep kinda prayer where you are intentional and doing it with all your heart.
No one teaches us the truth that as we live here on earth it is not the destination, eternity is. You may have wondered several times why you are here or as you are trying to live your life a lot of things are not making sense, not aligning therefore you end up being frustrated. We are here chasing after nice cars, mansions, land, money, a comfortable life etc but these are all basic needs. We define success as to how much money you have, how many fans, followers you have and people are always competing against each other. It is time for all who believe in God the Father , the Son and the Holy Spirit to realize that it is not time to chase after wealth as eternal life is important than everything else on earth. As a woman we are told that you attend school, find a job, get married, have children and that is it. This is incorrect at all as most women struggle when the husband does not come through in their time frame. They wonder and some end up frustrated and alone because the focus is chasing what they were taught from a young age- which is marriage and children.
No one teaches us who we are or the world we live in which is full of spirits. As humans, we are made of spirit, soul and body(more about this in a different post. Our creator, God is made of spirit. We have the Holy Spirit. Angels are made of Spirit and Soul. We have fallen angels, the same spirits satan was chased away from heaven and fell to earth with. There is demonic spirits, evil spirits too. It is a world of spirits but us the humans are very unaware of this as we put most of our focus on what we see, feel, touch, smell and taste.
Revelations 12 vs 7-12,
7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:“Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah.For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.11 They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony;they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.”
The demonic spirits and evilspirits dwell amongst us and cause a lot of terror. A lot of unexplainable terrors are caused by the enemy (Accidents, Premature deaths, sickness etc). The angelic spirits, assist the people who are after God’s heart, people who worship God in truth. They actively assist divinely and we mostly call it miracles. The truth is if you are a child of God you have been assisted too many times to count, even from things you do not even know. Even the people who are not yet believing in the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit have been helped and protected too many times by the angels of the Lord. The Father keeps giving them chances and more time to chose him.
We live in the physical world but the spiritual world is very much alive except for most people cannot see into the spiritual therefore thinking that it does not exist or being ignorant to that reality does not change the fact that it exists and we are fighting an enemy we do not see. The minute you show up here(given birth to by your mother), you are already at war and you do not even know it, so you arrive here in the midst of war but the weird thing is you are unaware of it. No one teaches us about spirits , only a few churches teach us about this subject but this is important information to know because in this life things you do not understand happen and you wonder why but not understanding fully as to who is behind it. This fight is real as this enemy swore to take everything God blessed you with, from your destiny, your marriage, your glory, your star – everything good that God has ever blessed you with.
John 10:10 (ESV) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.The enemy is pushing his agenda. He wants everyone to end up in hell with him therefore wake up before it is too late. Most people live their whole life without figuring out why they are alive. People live and die without even reaching their full potential or at least understand the reality of the physical and spiritual. We all need to repent for the kingdom of God is at hand.

The above shows us that we are fighting an ongoing war. We were born into it. It existed before you and I. The battle is God’s but we all have a chance to live for God to secure ourselves eternal life. We have to keep God first, Praying with all our hearts, keeping in mind that there is no life out of Jesus Christ. In these present times some people have joined the occult to try and advance and further their own agendas or earthly benefits. We have people trying to enrich themselves the wrong way everywhere.
The bible says in Deuteronomy 8 verse 18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Wealth comes from God but we have a lot of people who are not willing to wait for God’s blessings. We have a lot of people not willing to work hard and not willing to let God complete his work in them. We all need to do a recon and ask ourselves whom we are working for .Whose side are you on? Whose work are you promoting? Is it your own? If you say Jesus Christ then be serious and push Jesus’ agenda throughout your everyday life.
Do not live your life unaware of what is going on… WAKE UP!!!
Matthew 3 vs 2 “Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand”
Dear Heavenly Father, Please forgive me of all my sins. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I believe that he died and rose again from the dead for atonement of my sins. Please fill me with the Holy Spirit, make me acceptable in your sight and give me more discernment. I rebuke the devil and all principalities, powers and demons in the name of Jesus. I cast down all strongholds in the name of Jesus. Renew me Oh Lord so that I become acceptable in your presence and Sanctified by the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus I pray.
May the Lord open your eyes to see what is going on in the world what we are up against and to focus your eyes and heart on the Cross. Jesus Christ is the Prize. Eternity is the Goal.
